Anti-static corrugated PP sheet, also known as ESD PP corrugated sheet, is designed for environments prone to static electricity, such as factories and workshops. It’s also used for packaging sensitive instruments. Unlike standard conductive PP flute boards, it incorporates an anti-static function with a higher surface resistivity range of 10^6 to 10^11 ohms, compared to 10^3 to 10^5 ohms for the latter. Made from recyclable thermoplastic polypropylene (PP) and anti-static materials, ESD corflute sheets are environmentally friendly and represent a new generation of anti-static packaging solutions.
Why use antistatic corrugated plastic sheet/coroplast / corflute ?
